    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup cooking oil
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 tsp. soda
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 4 cups chopped fresh apple
    • 2 cups chopped pecans
    • FROSTING:
    • 1 6 oz. cream cheese softened
    • 3 tbls margarine, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients for cake. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
    2. Combine all frosting ingredients and frost cake.
