• 2 egg whites
  
• 1½ cups sugar
  
• dash salt
  
• 1 tblsp. white corn syrup
  
• ½ cup water
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Combine egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Place over boiling water, beat on high speed 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Beat 1 minute or until thick enough to spread.
