    Strawberry Yogurt Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box white cake mix
    • ¾ cup water
    • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    • 3 egg whites
    • 1 6 oz. lite strawberry yogurt
    • Frosting:
    • 1 8 oz. fat free cool whip
    • 1 6 oz. lite strawberry yogurt


    Instructions


    1. Mix all cake ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 cake pan, that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
      Frosting: Combine cool whip and yogurt. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate. Can use any flavor of yogurt.
