    Coconut Angel Squares

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    • 1 1/2 cup mlk
    • 2 packages (3.4oz.) each instant coconut cream pudding mix
    • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
    • 1 carton ( 8oz.) Cool Whip
    • 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Place cake cubes in greased 13x8x2 dish. In bowl beat milk and pudding mix on low 2 minutes. Add ice cream, beat on low until combined. Spoon over cake cubes. Spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
