    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
    • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 cartons (4oz.) each Cool Whip
    • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
    • 3 cups milk


    Instructions


    1. CRUST: 3/4 cup melted margarine, 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cups nuts. Mix and press into 9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
      cool.
    2. FIRST LAYER: combine cream cheese and 1 carton cool whip, add 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Chill.
    3. SECOND LAYER: Mix pudding with 3 cups milk, pour over first layer. Chill
    4. THIRD LAYER: Spread a carton cool whip over pudding, sprinkle with nuts. Chill


    Final Comments


    Can freeze if you are going to serve the next day. Also, you can use any flavor pudding you want. I have also used fresh sliced strawberries, instead of the pudding.
