    Sunday Shrimp Pasta Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz. uncooked vermicelli
    • 1 green pepper, chopped
    • 5 green onions, chopped
    • 6 garlic cloves, minced
    • 6 tblsp. butter, cubed
    • 2 tblsp. flour
    • 2 lbs. deveined, peeled, cooked med. shrimp
    • 1 tsp. celery salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 1 4 oz. can mushrooms
    • 1 tblsp. grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook vermicelli. Meanwhile in large skillet, saute green pepper, onions, garlic in butter until tender. Gradually stir in flour until blended. Stir in shrimp, celery salt and pepper. Cook uncovered over med. heat 5-6 minutes or until heated through. In microwave melt cheese, rotel and mushrooms until melted. Add to shrimp mixture. Drain pasta, stir into skillet. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake uncovered 350° for 25-30 minutes. 8 servings
