Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

- 1 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tblsp. milk
- 1½ cup cool whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 2 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ¼ tsp. cloves
- 1 tblsp. sugar
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, 1 tblsp. milk and sugar. Gently stir in cool whip. Spread on crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl, add pumpkin, pudding and spices. Mix well. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill at least 4 hours.
