    Twice Baked Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
    • 3 cups sour cream
    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 6 potatoes, unpeeled, baked


    Instructions


    1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place 1/2 in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bacon. top with 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 of the cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with onions.
