    Crepes with a delicious berry filling,and cheese two italian cheses,marscapone, and Ricotta.. Requires electric crepe maker or crepe pan.

    Crepes:Pancake mix

    Berries-Blueberries, raspberries
    Cheese-Ricotta, and Marscapone

    Splenda for dusting

    Recipe



    1. Heat electric crepe maker
    2.Prepare pancake mix for crepes according to box instructions.
    3. make crepes according to owners manual


    fill light side of crepe with cheeses. berries. rollup. dust with splenda...


    Make enough for 3 per guest.
