    I thought of this,this morning lying in bed waiting to get up. I had some leftovers from the previous night and decided to use them up.



    TOOLS NEEDED:
    Xpress 101,bowl,fork for mixing eggs or whisk.

    List of Ingredients








    Ingredients:
    leftover angelhair pasta
    pizza seasoning
    Janes Krazy Mixed up seasoning salt
    2 eggs
    sharp cheese
    Classico pesto

    Directions:

    Preheat the xpress101


    mix up eggs, cheese. seasoning and pasta in bowl.pour into each well divide it evenly between the two .
    cooks in about 7-8 minutes. spread some pesto sauce on top of each Frittata



    spread some pesto no the plate bottom. serve them with garlic toast.
