This is a great recipe and takes up little time to cook and little time to prepare and is fun. the granny smith apple and the cinnamon really sets the flavor apart from anything you've probably ever had.
TOOLS NEEDED
Xpress 101,Boning/fillet knife.
List of Ingredients
2 boneless center loin porkchops *not too thick*
1 Granny Smith Apple
Cinnamon
Chef Paul Magic Chef Seasoning for pork and veal.Recipe
1 Preheat the Xpress 101
2. meanwhile prep the porkchops. Cut pockets into each chop or butterfly them which is ever easiest for you. cut and core and quarter apple. cutting in to thin slices. sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon. stuff them into the pockets you made in the pork chops. sprinkle each chop liberally with the pork and veal seasoning.
place each into the xpress 101 . cooks in about 10 minutes. use instant read thermometer til its done to the right temperature.about 170 does it.
