Recipe Introduction
a great pizza to make on the presto pizzazz oven. 2 cooking toys used the pizzazz and a microwave*to brown sausage and soften peppers makes it faster then doing it on the stove*
List of Ingredients
ingredients:
12 inch premade crust
Garlic Infused Olive oil
1/2 C olive oil
1 Garlic Clove
Meats:
Proscuitto
Pepperoni
Sweet Sausage 3 links *casing removed*
Veggies:
sliced button Mushrooms
green pepper
purple onion
Cheeses:
asiago
Mozzarella*both shredded variety*
Sauce
1 can Contadina Four Cheese Pizza Sauce

Directions
On pot on stove heat oil becareful of splatters, shut off add in garlic clove. let sit for 5-10 minutes
Take sausage outta casings I use 3 links thats plenty, place in microwave safe container,and add green pappers to this also
cook for 3-3 1/2 minutes til brown and peppers are tender
Brush Pizza crust with garlic infused olive oil
add sauce *amount you like we use less in my fam*
arrange meats and veggies on pizza. then add the cheeses
cook in presto pizzazz for 15 minutes on dual setting
*remove to other pizza pan to cut.*
