Pizza Dough

Came with my pizza pan
List of Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon quick-rise yeast
- 1 cup warm water (approx.)
Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl and stir. Add oil and water. Mix together all ingredients.
- Knead for 3 minutes, shape, put in bowl and cover and let rise until double in volume.
- Punch down, divide dough into 2 balls, or leave in one piece for 16-inch pizza (will make 2 thin crust 16-inch pizzas). Let dough rest for 4 minutes.
- Roll out to 12 or 16-inch diameter. Place dough on pizza pan, let rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add sauce, toppings and cheese.
- Place on bottom rack in cold oven, turn oven to 500 degrees and bake 17 to 20 minutes, until done.
