    • 2 pounds powdered sugar
    • 2 cups Crisco shortening
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 4 teaspoons vanilla
    • 2 teaspoons almond extract
    • 5 to 6 tablespoons milk or cream
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons cream boquet
    • food coloring if desired, I prefer paste coloring


    Instructions


    1. Beat together at highest speed on mixer until smooth and frost cake.


    Final Comments


    Hint: to keep soft while working with icing cover bowl with damp dish towel.
