    Paula's Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup unsalted butter
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 12-ounce bag large chocolate chips
    • 1 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugars until well mixed, add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
    2. Chill dough, make small balls and roll in powdered sugar.
    3. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
