    Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 1 3/4 cups sugar
    • 4 cups sweetened fresh fruit
    • 1 cup milk
    • 4 cups heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs until light. Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs, beat until very stiff.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour into canister and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
    4. Makes about 4 quarts.
