    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 2 1/4 cups sugar
    • 5 cups milk
    • 4 cups cream
    • 4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs until light. Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs, beat until very stiff.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into canister and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
    3. Makes about 4 quarts.
