    Easy Breakfast Casserole

    1-1/2 lbs bulk hot sausage, cooked and drained
    3 cups milk
    9 lg eggs, well beaten
    3 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1/2 cup Bell pepper, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Grease a 9x13x2 casserole dish.
    Fry the sausage and drain well.
    Beat the eggs really well, then combine with all the other ingredients in the casserole dish.
    Refrigerate overnight. Next morning place in cold oven. Turn oven on to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot.
