Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole

List of Ingredients
12 oz bag Egg Noodles (cook according to package)
1 (10oz) box Frozen Peas & Carrots, thawed slightly
2 (10oz each) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sour Cream (lowfat ok)
2/3 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
1-2 cups Chicken, diced
OR
1-2 (5oz each) cans Shredded Chicken, drained
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need a 9"x13" baking dish.
In a large bowl mix the peas and carrots, soup, milk, sour cream, chicken,salt and pepper. Mix in cooked egg noodles. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake @ 40 minutes. Serves 6.
