1 lb. ground beef
½ tsp. salt
½ pound cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 large can tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ c. sliced ripe olives
2 c. fine noodles
Recipe
Sautee beef and onion until brown; season with salt and pepper. Place cheese slices on beef; add a layer of ripe olives and layer of celery. Sprinkle cooked noodles over olives; pout tomatoes on top. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. This is a easy, concoction…nice when you are in a hurry.
