    Crunchy Peanut Oatmeal Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 ½ c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 ½ c. oatmeal
    1 ½ c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 ½ c. salted peanuts, chopped
    6 ounces chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and oleo. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine oatmeal, flour, and soda and stir into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chips. Batter will be thick. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
