2 lb. ground beef
1 c. crushed wheaties cereal
1 egg
1 ½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 c. applesauce
Recipe
Shape into balls. Do not brown. Put in a pan and cover with two small cans tomato sauce or paste. Bake 1 hour at 350. Can use 1 can of tomato soup instead to suit your taste.
