Chocolate Peanut Crisp

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
2 cups honey bunches of oats cereal
5 squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped
Recipe
Line 13x9" pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Microwave brown sugar, corn syrup, 2tbsp. peanut butter, and butter on high for 2 min or until melted (stir when half way melted) Add cereal; mix till well coated. Press firmly into pan.
Microwave chocolate and 1/3 cup peanut butter 1-2 min until melted (stir when half melted) Spread over cereal mixture in pan. sprinkle with peanuts.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Cut and serve. Make sure to stir occasionally when melting ingredients in the microwave.
