    EASY BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

    List of Ingredients




    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups Half & Half
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 cup diced Velveeta cheese


    Recipe



    Boil first two ingredients for 8 minutes, covered. Add Half & Half and potato soup. Melt cheese in soup. Serve.
