    This cake is so good, it doesn't even need frosting.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 3 tbs. cocoa
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tbs. vinegar
    • 5 tbs. shortening, melted
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1 tsp. baking soda


    Instructions


    1. Mix together and bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes.
    2. There is a note on mom's recipe card that says:
      Bake cupcakes 2o mins.
