    Recipe Introduction


    Toni started making this for us a couple of years ago and it is expected at our BBQ's now!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 can cream-style corn
    • 1 (8 oz) package corn muffin mix, like Jiffy
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    3. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    4. Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Let stand for a few minutes and then serve warm.
