    Cream of Celery Pork Chops

    Mom used to serve this with rice and vegetables. This is so tender and the pork chops fall apart when it is done.


    List of Ingredients


    • pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
    • flour
    • oil
    • salt & pepper
    • 2 cans cream of celery soup


    Instructions


    1. Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan. Dip the pork chops in the flour and brown them on both sides. You may need to add more oil as you brown the chops.
    2. Place the pork chops in a fairly deep casserole dish or Dutch oven with oven safe handles.
    3. Put undiluted cans of soup in the frying pan and heat and stir to get the drippings from the pan.
    4. Pour over the pork chops and bake, covered, for about 3 hours at 350F.
