    CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    Ingredients:

    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 cup milk
    1 pkg corn tortilla chips
    1 can diced green chiles
    ½ onion, diced
    1 lb grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Directions:

    Boil chicken 1 hour, cut into bite size pieces (can used Swanson’s canned chicken if desired) Crumble tortilla chips into small pieces. Mix chicken, soup, onion, chiles, and milk. In a buttered casserole layer ½ of the tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheddar cheese. Repeat with second ½ of ingredients.

    Bake at 300 for 1 – 1½ hours
