    MACARONI AND CHEESE

    Ingredients:

    12 oz pkg Elbow macaroni
    3 tlbs butter
    2 tlbs flour
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2½ cups milk
    1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Directions:

    Prepare macaroni according to the directions on the package; drain. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, dry mustard and pepper. Blend in milk and Worchestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add 1½ cups cheese; stir until melted. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce; mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake 350 until hot (about 20 – 30 minutes)
    Top with remaining cheddar cheese; broil just until top is a light golden.
