    1 1/2 oz. Cuban Rum
    "Angostura" Bitter Drops
    1 1/2 Tbsp. White Cane Sugar
    Fresh Mint Leaves (for muddling + a sprig to garnish)
    1 Lime (1/2 for muddling and a wedge to garnish)
    Ice Cubes
    Soda Water

    Recipe



    Crush mint leaves and sugar in a tall glass. Splash a few Bitter Drops. Cover with lime juice and fill glass with ice. Add Rum and club soda; stir well. Garnish with springs of mint.
