    Salty's Sunday Brunch Mary is a top seller at Salty's award-winning Sunday Brunch. The readers of both Seattle Magazine (1999) and the Seattle Weekly (1998 and 1999) named Salty's on Alki as the top prizewinner of the year for Sunday Brunch in the metro area. It's a not-to-be-missed Seattle extravaganza.

    Servings: 1

    List of Ingredients




    Cubed ice
    1 1/4 oz. Absolut Pepper Vodka
    6 oz. Bloody Mary Mix (see recipe)
    celery salt for rim of glass
    1 pickled bean
    1 lemon wedge or wheel

    Bloody Mary Mix:
    Servings: 5
    2 oz. Dimitri Classic Bloody Mary Seasoning
    32 oz. Tomato juice
    Allow above to season for 24 hours.
    Then add while stirring:
    Juice from 1 lemon
    Juice from 1 lime

    Recipe



    Dip rim of glass into salt
    Fill glass full with ice
    Measure ingredients into glass.
    Garnish with a straw, a celery salt, a pickled bean and a lemon wheel.
