    2 tablespoon cherry brandy
    2 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons gin
    3/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
    1 tablespoon grenadine
    1 tablespoon lime juice concentrate
    Pineapple wedge for garnish

    Recipe



    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine cherry brandy, gin, pineapple juice, grenadine and lime juice concentrate. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
    Makes 1 cocktail.
