    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    3 cups of freshly brewed Wallenford Estate Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, strong
    A half cup of dark rum
    A half cup of coffee liqueur
    A half cup of whipped cream
    Shaved chocolate for garnish

    Recipe



    Heat sugar, coffee, rum, and liqueur together. Do not boil. Pour into 4 mugs. Whip cream and float a dollop on top of each cup. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
