    3 Eggs, scrambled
    1/2 of a German Sausage
    1oz. Diced Ham
    1oz. Diced Sausage
    1/2 oz. Diced Onion
    1Tbls. Butter or Margarine
    Side of Hash browns
    1oz. Shredded cheese

    Recipe



    Saute meat and onions in butter or margarine, until onions are soft. Add eggs to pan, and cook until scrambled. Brown hashbrowns in skillet, toss with eggs and meat. Top with chedder cheese.

    Yield:
