List of Ingredients
200G of diced bacon
200g cooked and diced new potatoes
125ml of mayonaise
1 tablespoon of tomatoe sauce
3 drops of tobasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of chopped mint
2 teaspoons of chopped parseley
salt and pepper
50g of diced cucmber
1 small shredded lettuce
Recipe
Mix the potatoes and bacon in a basin.
Stir in the mayonaise carefully.
Add the tomatoe sauce, tobasco, lemon juice, mint parseley, salt and pepper, mix carefully until the bacon and potatoes are coated.
Mix the cucmber and lettuce, divide into four seperate large stemmed glasses.
Pile the bacon mixture on top.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
