25g/1oz butter
cooked sausages
335g/12oz chopped leaks
1 eating apple, peeled and sliced
115g/4oz chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 x 440ml Strong Dry Cider
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 teaspoons dried thyme

Recipe
Slice the sausages into bite sized bits. Melt the butter on the simmering side and sweat the leeks, apple and mushrooms until soft. Sprinkle over the flour and mix well. Add the cider and cook stirring all the time until thick. Add all the rest of the ingredients including the sausages. Roll out the pastry and invert a casserole to use as a template. Place the pastry on some Bake-O-Glide at the top of the roasting oven for about ten minutes. Place all the ingredients out of the pan into the casserole and place in the bottom of the roasting oven to heat up. When cooked place the pastry top onto the casserole and serve
