    Cranberry Mustard Sausages

    450g/1lb Cumberland Sausages

    1-2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

    3 tbsp Cranberry Sauce

    1 teasp Sugar

    1 teasp Red wine Vinegar

    Recipe



    1. Cook the sausages over medium hot coals for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time.



    2. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well blended.



    3. Brush a little of the mustard mixture on the sausages for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve the sausages with the remaining mustard sauce on the side.

    Serves 4.
