    8 British style skinless sausages
    4 rashers smoked streaky bacon, derinded and cut in half
    lengthwise
    4 oz Gruyere cheese, cut into 8 fat sticks

    Recipe



    Cut each sausage lengthways but not completely in half.

    Place a stick of cheese into each sausage.

    Then wrap a piece of bacon around each.

    Place on the barbecue or under a preheated grill for 6 - 8 minutes, until the bacon and sausage is cooked through.

    Serve on sticks with dips of your choice.


    Makes 8.
