ENGLISH MUSTARD MASH

List of Ingredients
* 4 Baking potatoes, peeled and cut into even chunks
* 250ml milk
* 75g unsalted butter
* 60ml English Mustard
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
1. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil.
2. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until tender. Remove from pan and drain.
3. Add milk and butter to the empty pan, heat to melt the butter and bring to the boil.
4. Return the potatoes to the pan and mash thoroughly.
5. Blend in the mustard ans season well.
