    2 1/2 pounds medium ground pork butt
    2 1/2 pounds fine ground pork putt
    5 cups plain bread crumbs
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    8 cloves pressed garlic
    1 tablespoon salt
    3 teaspoons thyme
    3 teaspoons basil
    3 teaspoons marjoram
    3 teaspoons black pepper
    2 cups ice water

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients thoroughly, keeping cold. Pat into small compact patties. Refrigerate overnight before freezing. Fry to golden brown.
