    Chicken And Leek Pie

    List of Ingredients




    * 2 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
    * 3 Small Leeks -- Chopped
    * 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
    * 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
    * 1 Tablespoon Thyme
    * 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
    * 1 Teaspoon Tarragon
    * Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
    * 2 Medium Pie Crust
    * 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

    Recipe



    Saute all ingredients in oil except pie crust until well browned. Place pie crust in pie pan, add chicken mixture. Top with other pie crust. Vent and bake for 25 minutes in 400 degree oven or until pie crust is a golden brown.
    Serves 4
