    10ozs Smoked Chicken
    2 Limes (zest and juice)
    4ozs Cream Cheese
    1tsp Horseradish
    Seasoning
    Fresh Tarragon

    Recipe



    emove all skin and gristle from the smoked chicken and blitz in the food processor. Add the lime zest and juice, chopped tarragon, horseradish and cream cheese, season to taste. Either pipe the mixture into ramekins or turn between two spoons. Serve with toasted ciabatta.

    This paté can also be made with smoked salmon or trout. The mixture is also a useful stuffing.

    Serves 4.
