    List of Ingredients




    * 550g (1 1/4lb) Somerfield ‘steak cut’ frozen chips
    * 8 x Lincolnshire frozen sausages (or use pork sausages)
    * 350g (12oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    * 150ml (1/4pint) double cream
    * 100g (4oz) chive and onion double Gloucestershire cheese
    * freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    1. Cook chips, sausages and vegetables following packet instructions. Preheat grill.
    2. Remove the chips and sausages from the oven. Drain vegetables.
    3. Slice sausages and arrange in four individual gratin dishes or one large gratin dish with the chips and vegetables.
    4. Spoon over cream and cheese and place under the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
    Serves*: 4
