    75g Shropshire blue cheese, grated
    100g JS Creamery
    2 x 15ml spoons double cream

    Recipe



    Mix together the Shropshire blue cheese and Creamery in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water, stirring well until the cheeses melt into a running cream. ( See chefs tip.)

    Add the double cream and serve.
