    Elmer’s Gold Brick Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients




    24 oz. Cream Cheese

    1 1/2 cups Sugar

    5 Eggs

    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

    1 tsp. Almond Extract

    1 cup Elmer’s Gold Brick Eggs, chopped (Approximately Eight 1 oz. pieces)



    Crust:

    4 tbsp. Softened Butter

    2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

    Recipe



    Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add a dash of vanilla and almond extracts. Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl between adding each egg. Add chopped Elmer’s Gold Brick Eggs. Mix ingredients well. Pour mixture into spring form pan (See recipe for crust below). Bake at 250º for 2 hours or until firm to touch. Let set and cool.



    Crust: Mix butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into spring form pan
