    Serves 6 to 8

    1/2 pound softened cream cheese
    1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups sliced strawberries
    1 graham cracker pie shell

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl combine well cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and sugar. Fold in 1 cup strawberries. Pour into pie shell and top decoratively with remaining strawberries. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
