    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cube (1/2 cup) butter
    4 eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges (plus juice)
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup coconut
    1 can pineapple, crushed
    1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Mix first 5 ingredients and put in 3 round 9" greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 325* until done. Cool well. Mix pudding, drained pineapple and
    sugar together and let stand for a few minutes. Add Cool Whip and coconut.
    Spread between layers, on top and sides. Keep refrigerated until ready to
    serve.
