9 x 10 pan of baked Chocolate Brownies
2 containers of Chocolate Butter Cream Icing
2- 12 oz bags of Milk Chocolate Chips


Equipment:

Cookie sheet
Waxed paper
Plastic or glass bowl
Spreading spatula


Recipe



Freeze your chocolate brownies, then thickly ice with your favorite chocolate icing. Place iced brownies back into the freezer for about 15 minutes. Melt chocolate in microwave for 3 - 4 minutes Until melts to a smooth creamy consistency that pours from the spoon. Cut the iced brownies into 2 inch squares… and then hand dip into the chocolate. Quickly coat each side is of iced brownie with chocolate… place on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Place back in freezer to set chocolate for about 25 minutes.
Decorate with drizzled chocolate…and or… sprinkle with nuts, chocolate sprinkles, or edible candy glitter.
