    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cooked chicken breast -- cut in chunks
    1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Panko crumbs
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tbsp parsley -- chopped
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    2 tbsp almonds -- sliced

    Recipe



    Mix the chicken, salt, parsley, paprika and rosemary and green onions together
    in a small bowl.

    Layer chicken mixture in a baking dish with the cheddar cheese and Panko crumbs,
    Parmesan and then topping off with a layer of Panko and Parmesan.

    Mix together the egg substitute and the milk and pour over casserole.

    Top with almonds and bake, covered, in a 350°F oven for about 30 minutes until
    bubbly.

    Optional: Garnish with cherry tomatoes and chives
