    1 Lb. Ground Beef
    10 Oz. Pkg. Sausage Links
    8 Oz. Pkg. Pepperoni
    8 Oz. Penne Rigate Pasta
    8 Oz. Rotini Pasta
    2 Green Peppers, Diced
    1 Onion, Diced
    6 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms
    26 Oz. Spaghetti Sauce
    2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1 Tbs. Oregano
    1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Tbs. Salt
    1 Tbs. Pepper
    32 Oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    2 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    Cook pasta. Brown and cook all meat (dicing sausage into 1/2 " pieces). Saute green peppers, onion and mushrooms. Add spices to the meat and vegetables as they are being cooked. Place thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the deep dish 13x9 pan. Next add layer of pasta, layer of meat, followed by a layer of veggies and cover with cheese. Now add some sauce and repeat until gone. Finally after the final layer of mozzarella, sprinkle with parmesan and oregano. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at around 350-degrees. Serve casserole with italian bread and nice salad.
